This project was particularly significant for its focus on supporting small Australian businesses, capturing their authentic spirit through strategic design and social media engagement.
Logo Design: Symbolising Connection and Conversation
At the core of 'Small Biz Review's branding is its logo, which I meticulously designed. It features a speech bubble with the map of Australia seamlessly integrated. Social Media Strategy: Building a Community
I developed a content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on creating short-form videos and engaging posts. My approach was personable and engaging, successfully capturing our audience's attention. A testament to this success was our most viewed TikTok video, which received over 100,000 views and 8,000 comments, significantly boosting our brand’s visibility.
Achievements on TikTok: A Resounding Success
In just two months, 'Small Biz Review's presence on TikTok was remarkable. Our eight videos collectively amassed 200,000 likes, a clear indicator of the audience's enthusiastic response to our content. However, despite this tremendous success, I made the strategic decision to close the account to concentrate on my studies and professional work. This decision, while difficult, was necessary to align with my personal and professional goals.
Analytics and Engagement: Measuring and Reflecting
Utilising analytics tools on Instagram and TikTok, I measured our content's reach and engagement, continually refining our strategy. This ongoing analysis helped in shaping content that resonated with our audience, thereby boosting the brand’s impact and visibility.
